MICRONUTRIENT TESTING

Micronutrients are needed for the body to function optimally. Vitamins are necessary for energy production, immune response, blood clotting and other functions. Meanwhile, minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, brain development and more.  Micronutrient deficiencies can compromise health significantly over time if left untreated.

After taking the Regenics’ Micronutrient Testing you will get a report with detailed analysis on which micronutrients your body lacks or has trouble absorbing. You’ll be able to see exactly what levels are optimal for your age, sex, weight, height, and activity level.

THE REGENICS APPROACH

Regenics Micronutrient testing analysis for intracellular and RBC micronutrients. This approach helps us identify longer term nutritional deficiencies or absorption issues.

INTRACELLULAR

Intracellular testing identifies longer-term nutritional deficiencies and issues with absorption of micronutrients. Deficiencies can cause chronic diseases and lead to death.

Intracellular micronutrients have been studied scientifically and have long been considered a more sensitive tissue measure of micronutrient absorption. For example, vitamin C levels in lymphocytes have been found to be deficient in Type 2 diabetes patients as compared to plasma levels. RBC folate and magnesium are clinically more significant than whole blood measures of these nutrients. RBC omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid levels have been found to be markers of accelerated structural and cognitive aging.

Why not just take multivitamins?

It’s a common misconception that multivitamins are the universal cure-all. Factors like age, alcohol and tobacco usage, genetic factors can all affect your ability to absorb nutrients from food or supplements so it makes sense why some people think they’re still not getting their fill when in reality there may just be something else going on with them!

The Regenics Micronutrient Testing tells you if your body needs more or less of a vitamin, mineral, and what that can cause. Regenics also offers IV infusions and injections for those who need extra help getting their micronutrients into proper ranges!

Knowing both your intracellular and RBC micronutrient levels are key to a thorough understanding of your nutritional requirements at a foundational level, which may contribute to your risk for disease, while simultaneously and positively impacting your overall health and well-being.
