Release of Liability

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions to use these services, products, and participate in any such contests or activities.

2. Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge that there are risks associated with the use of any medical treatments, supplements, wellness programs, and participation in contests or activities at conventions or events. These risks may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, side effects, adverse reactions, physical injury, or other potential health risks. You voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with your use of Regenics’ services and products, as well as your participation in any contests or activities.

3. Medical Disclaimer:
You understand that Regenics does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment through its website, products, contests, or activities, and that any information provided by Regenics is for informational purposes only. You agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any Regenics products or services, or participating in any contests or activities, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

4. Release and Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Regenics, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and event organizers from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Regenics’ services or products, or your participation in any contests or activities at conventions or events. I acknowledge that the images may be used, without limitations, in print publications, online publications, websites and on social media.

5. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regenics, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and event organizers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Regenics’ services or products, participation in contests or activities, or any breach of these terms by you.

This release of liability is governed by the laws of the state in which Regenics operates. Any legal disputes arising from this release shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

7. Severability:
