Sports Medicine

Sports medicine is a specialized field of healthcare focused on diagnosing, treating, preventing, and rehabilitating injuries related to physical activity, exercise, and sports. Dr. Hu’s in-depth experience with weekend warriors, amateur athletes, as well as Olympic level athletes allows him to offer personalized treatment plans, including recommended physical therapy, injections, and regenerative therapies, to support recovery and enhance overall health and fitness.

For anyone dealing with musculoskeletal issues related to physical activity, Dr. Hu also specialize in diagnosing, treating, and preventing injuries related to exercise, sports, and physical activity, but his expertise goes beyond just treating injuries—He has a focus on optimizing performance and promoting overall physical health.
