1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• The challenge is open to individuals who are legal residents of The United States of America.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To enter, participants must sign up/register on the official challenge landing page.
• Participants must submit “before” photos and “after” photos.
• Entries must be submitted by the deadlines specified to be eligible for judging.

3. Challenge Rules:

• Any supplements or fitness products used must be legal and safe. Participants are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or supplement regimen.
• Progress updates are encouraged but not mandatory.

4. Judging Criteria:

• Winners will be judged based on overall transformation, including weight loss, muscle gain, and overall physical change as determined by a panel of judges from Regenics.
• Judging is subjective and decisions are final.

5. Prizes:

• A total of $17,500 in prizes will be awarded: $10,000 for first place, $5,000 for second place, and $2,500 for third place.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Regenics’ discretion. Regenics reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
• Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

6. Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via email or phone after the challenge ends.
• Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Publicity:

• By participating, entrants consent to Regenics’ use of their name, likeness, transformation photos, and entry materials for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. Liability:

• Regenics is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the challenge, including but not limited to exercise, diet changes, or the use of any products.
• Participants assume all risks associated with the challenge.

9. Disqualification:

• Regenics reserves the right to disqualify any participant for cheating, submitting false or misleading information, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the spirit of the challenge.

10. Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the challenge will be used in accordance with Regenics’ privacy policy.

11. Governing Law:

• The challenge and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the local and national laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments:

• Regenics reserves the right to modify or cancel the challenge or these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
