The Regenics Executive Health Difference

We aim to provide comprehensive physicals to those looking for more actionable insights surrounding their health. We provide full-day physicals for individuals in Los Angeles County and throughout the United States at our state-of-the-art location in Tarzana, CA.

Whether you are a Southern California resident or flying into Los Angeles airport for business travel, we are determined to deliver you the most in-depth, personalized, and unique set of diagnostic tests and labs you’ve ever had.

Comprehensive Bloodwork and Urinalysis
Comprehensive bloodwork and urinalysis provide a detailed snapshot of an individual’s overall well-being, revealing important insights into organ function, metabolic health, and potential underlying conditions. Blood tests can measure markers like cholesterol, glucose, liver and kidney function, and hormone levels, while urine tests can assess kidney function, detect infections, and monitor hydration and metabolic by-products. Together, these tests help detect early signs of diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, infections, or nutritional deficiencies, enabling early interventions to improve or maintain health
Screening ECG
A screening electrocardiogram provides a quick and non-invasive way to assess the electrical activity of the heart. It can detect abnormalities in heart rhythm, structure, and function, such as arrhythmias, signs of previous heart attacks, or heart muscle stress, even before symptoms develop. By identifying potential heart issues early, a screening ECG can help prevent serious conditions like heart attacks, guide further testing, and support timely interventions to improve long-term heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
VO2 Max
VO2 max testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen your body can utilize during intense exercise. It’s important because it reflects a holistic picture of a patient’s cardiovascular fitness and endurance.Research shows a strong correlation between higher VO2 max levels and lower mortality (death) risk while a low VO2 max is associated with an increased risk of premature death, making it a valuable metric for predicting long-term health outcomes.
Grip Strength
Grip strength measurement is a simple yet powerful indicator of overall muscle strength and has been shown to be linked to mortality risk. Studies suggest that lower grip strength is associated with a higher risk of all-cause mortality, including cardiovascular disease and certain chronic conditions. It is often considered a marker of frailty and declining physical function, making it a useful predictor of future health risks and longevity, especially in older adults.
Dead Hang Test
Dead hang testing, which involves hanging from a bar using just your hands for as long as possible, can serve as a simple assessment of grip strength and upper body endurance. Research has shown that grip strength is a strong predictor of overall health, frailty, and mortality risk, particularly in older adults. Lower grip strength, as measured by tests like the dead hang, is associated with higher risks of frailty, functional decline, and premature mortality, as it reflects muscle strength and function that are critical for daily activities and overall physical resilience.
Body Composition Scan

A body composition scan provides detailed measurements of the distribution of fat, muscle, and other tissues in the body. Unlike standard measures such as BMI, which only account for weight relative to height, body composition scans can reveal important insights into muscle mass and fat distribution, helping to assess metabolic health, risk for conditions like obesity, and cardiovascular disease. Monitoring changes in body composition over time can help guide fitness or health interventions to optimize health outcomes.

Cancer Screening
Indicated cancer screening is important for a patient’s health because it allows for the early detection of cancer, often before symptoms appear, which increases the chances of successful treatment and survival. By catching cancer early, patients can avoid more aggressive treatments, reduce the risk of complications, and improve overall prognosis, potentially saving lives.
Coronary Calcium Score (CAC)
CAC measures the amount of calcium in the walls of the coronary arteries, which is an indicator of plaque buildup and potential atherosclerosis. This non-invasive test helps assess the risk of developing heart disease, even before symptoms appear. A higher calcium score suggests a greater risk of heart attack or other cardiovascular events, while a lower score indicates a lower risk. By knowing their coronary calcium score, individuals and healthcare providers can take proactive steps, such as lifestyle changes or medications, to manage heart disease risk and prevent complications
Personalized Health Optimization Recommendations
While having extensive testing is useful to gather data often times it takes a trained healthcare professional to interpret these tests in a useful and meaningful manner. A physician will review the information gathered during our executive physical to form an in-depth and comprehensive plan that will allow a patient to make meaningful personalized interventions that are aimed at considerably improving and expanding health-span and lifespan.
