What is the O-Shot?

This orgasm therapy utilizes PRP (platelet-rich plasma) derived from the patient’s own blood. The PRP injection, which is delivered into the vagina and clitoris under local anesthesia, has proven highly effective in addressing a variety of age-related symptoms, making the procedure straightforward and pain-free.

Regenics, a reputable clinic located in Tarzana, California, provides this innovative therapy to women experiencing these issues. Our licensed physicians adhere to the highest standards of medical safety. Your comfort is our utmost concern, and we are committed to delivering results that you will truly appreciate.

What is the O-Shot used for?

This treatment harnesses nutrient-rich platelets from your blood, which are known for their medically proven enhancement properties. It not only addresses vaginal dryness and urinary incontinence but also stimulates tissue growth and enhances the health of sexual organs, leading to improved orgasms.

How is the O-Shot Treatment Performed?

During your session, approximately 6-8 ccs of your blood will be drawn through a venipuncture, a medical procedure involving the extraction of blood from a vein. The blood is then processed in a centrifuge using FDA-approved tubes, which enhances and isolates the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into a syringe, completing the initial step of the process.

For the main part of the treatment, your doctor will apply numbing cream and local anesthesia to the vaginal and clitoral areas before injecting 1 cc of the PRP into your clitoral glans. Subsequently, the remaining 5 ccs of PRP are injected beneath the vaginal skin around the G-spot. This portion of the treatment typically lasts only about 1 minute. If necessary, additional injections may be administered depending on your symptoms. Most patients experience no pain or only a brief pricking sensation that quickly fades.

What Are the Benefits of the O-Shot?

Patients have experienced the following benefits after treatment:

  • Increased libido and sexual desire
  • Enhanced sensitivity in the vaginal and clitoral areas, leading to more intense orgasms
  • Reduced urinary incontinence
  • Better vaginal lubrication
  • Less pain during intercourse
  • Greater ability to achieve a G-spot orgasm
  • Improved vulvar skin condition
  • Relief from lichen sclerosis, a condition that causes itching and potential skin atrophy on the vulva

How long before I experience results?

Improvements in sexual function from the O-Shot® have been reported by 75-95% of women! Many women experience a noticeable enhancement in sexual arousal and orgasm intensity within days of the treatment. The complete benefits typically become fully apparent after three months. If the initial results are less pronounced, your doctor may recommend a follow-up treatment.

The effects of the treatment can last anywhere from one to four years, after which many patients choose to undergo subsequent treatments as the effects diminish.

What are the side effects?

Since this treatment involves re-injecting a patient’s own PRP, complications are uncommon. Nevertheless, it is critical that the doctor ensures a sterile environment during the PRP processing to avoid contamination and ensure safe re-injection.

These procedures require meticulous attention to detail, so it is important not to take risks. We highly recommend seeking a reputable and licensed doctor for your orgasm therapy treatment.
