4. SUBMIT TRANSFORMATION PHOTOS

You did it! Show us all your hard work and, if you’d like, tell us a little about your transformation journey. Winners will be chosen based on 3 criteria – physical transformation, story, and influence. Be sure to wear similar or same clothing, in the same location, and posed the same.

CHALLENGE FAQ

Absolutely! You can post about what you ordered, a before photo, your plans for staying accountable, or your goals.

Judging will be based on 3 different criteria

Physical Transformation (70%)

  • This is the most heavily weighted criterion. It assesses the visible changes in the participant’s physical appearance. This can include improvements in muscle tone, weight loss, overall fitness, and any other noticeable changes in the participant’s physique.

Story (15%)

  • This criterion evaluates the participant’s personal journey and narrative. It considers the challenges they faced, their motivation, and the personal growth they experienced throughout the transformation process.

Influence (15%)

  • Description: This measures the participant’s ability to inspire and motivate others. It looks at how the participant’s journey has impacted their community, both online and offline.

Our transformation challenge is open to participants nationwide! Whether you’re local or living elsewhere, you can join in and take advantage of all the resources and support we offer.
